Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I place an order?
    You can place an order by selecting the floral arrangement of your choice in our "Shop" section. If you have a custom order for an event, you can fill out the form under the "Special Occasions" section and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
  • How many days in advance can I place an order?
    We advise to please place your order at least 3 days in advance from your scheduled pickup date.
  • Do we make custom floral arrangements orders?
    We absolutely can create custom floral arrangement of your choosing. Please fill out the form found under the "Special Occasions" section.

Policies

Late Pickup: The client must notify that they will arrive late or if there is an emergency. The client will be contacted and rescheduled for new pickup date/time for the following day.

Failure to Pickup: If the client fails to pickup at the scheduled date/time without notification there will not be entitled to a refund. 

​

Refund/Cancellation: The purchase is 100% refundable! The client must cancel their order at least 3 days in advanced from scheduled pickup date. If the client cancels an order less than 2 days from scheduled pickup date the client will not be entitled for a refund.
